ThermoFlex® Turbo is a lightning-fast press at a lower temp. Using a hand iron? Due to its lower temp and lower press time, this material is hand iron friendly! Not only is it super quick but it’s a universal product- cotton, polyester, fabric blends, AND nylon! It does it all!

This heat transfer vinyl is durable yet soft, like the rest of the ThermoFlex® line! It weeds in a snap. No need to be concerned about the color of your shirt showing through this material- it discourages dye-migration due to its low heat and quick press. This also eliminates press marks!

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut!

Cut in mirror image.

• Material: Heat Transfer, Smooth
• Blade : 3
• Speed: 8
• Force: 6

Cricut®

• Set Material: Iron-On
• Pressure: Default
• Blade: Fine-Point Blade (Standard)

Graphtec CE5000-60

• Offset: 0
• Speed: 8
• Force: 16

We use a 45° blade.

These settings are a starting point- always remember to test cut and adjust as needed!

Pressing Info

For Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Poly Blends

Temp – 270° F

Pressure – Medium, even.

Time – 5 seconds

Peel – Warm, Cold peel neons, Col. Blue, and Berry.

Care – Wash temp should not exceed 140° F. Mild detergent. No bleach. Dry at normal dryer settings. Do not iron onto.

For Nylon

Temp – 300° F

Pressure – Low, even.

Time – Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds

Peel – Warm, cover with silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds. Cold peel neons, Col. Blue, and Berry.

Care – Wash temp should not exceed 140° F. Mild detergent. No bleach. Dry at normal dryer settings. Do not iron onto.
