Do you like ThermoFlex® Plus but need a more transparent heat transfer vinyl? Well, ThermoFlex® Plus Frosty Clear™ is just what you’ve been hoping for!

Frosty Clear™ is a thin, transparent HTV. It’s semi-matte and looks like screen print. Want a great idea of what to do with your ThermoFlex® Plus Frosty Clear™? Combine it with other HTVs to get an interesting pop to your designs!

Frosty Clear™ is durable, weeds easily, and is soft to the touch. We’ve got two types of Frosty Clear™- Frosty Clear™ and Frosty Clear™ Glossy. Frosty Clear™ has no sticky carrier, so it’s easy to weed and stack your designs! Frosty Clear™ Glossy is more transparent with a slightly glossy look and does have a sticky carrier. It’s also great to use for cake/cookie decorating stencils!

Frosty Clear™ is 15″ in width, Frosty Clear™ Glossy is 12″ in width.

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut!

Cut in mirror image.

• Material: Heat Transfer, Smooth
• Blade : 2
• Speed: 8
• Force: 5

Cricut®

• Set Material: Iron-On
• Pressure: Default
• Blade: Fine-Point Blade (Standard)

Graphtec CE5000-60

• Offset: 0
• Speed: 8
• Force: 16

We use a 45° blade.

These settings are a starting point- always remember to test cut and adjust as needed!

Pressing Info

Temp – 320°-330° F

Pressure – Medium, even.

Time – 15 seconds

Peel – Frosty Clear™ – Cold then cover and repress for 5 seconds
Frosty Clear™ Glossy – Hot then cover and repress for 5 seconds

Care – Warm water. Tumble dry normal. Dry cleaning ok.
