ThermoFlex® Light is a thin HTV available in 12 sporty, semi-glossy colors. It’s as soft as you’d expect from the ThermoFlex® name and just as durable.

This heat transfer vinyl doesn’t have a sticky carrier, which allows weeded designs to be easily stacked for future use. This makes it perfect for those of you who need to create pre-cut team lettering and numbers!

This product is 15″ in width.

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut!

Cut in mirror image.

• Material: Heat Transfer, Smooth
• Blade : 3
• Speed: 8
• Force: 6

Cricut®

• Set Material: Iron-On
• Pressure: Default
• Blade: Fine-Point Blade (Standard)

Graphtec CE5000-60

• Offset: 0
• Speed: 8
• Force: 16

We use a 45° blade.

These settings are a starting point- always remember to test cut and adjust as needed!

Pressing Info

Temp – 315°-320° F

Pressure – Medium, even.

Time – 15 seconds

Peel – Warm, not hot

Care – Warm water. Tumble dry normal.
