This HTV is made of very small glass beads- this reflects almost all the light that shines on them! The Safety Silver colors produce a maximum reflectivity of 675 candela/lux/meter. Use this material on garments for runners, bicyclists, motorbikers, or anyone who needs to have reflective material on their clothing at night!

This product is 19″ in width.

Cut Settings

1st or 1,000th cut, doesn’t matter- always remember to test cut! Cut in mirror image. Always remember to remove the liner before cutting!

We use a 60° blade.

These settings are a starting point- always remember to test cut and adjust as needed!

Pressing Info

Temp – RF-9501: 320° F

RF-9505: 250°-275° F

Pressure – Firm, even.

Time – Prepress garment for 5 seconds then press material for 3-5 seconds.

Peel – RF-9501: Peel Warm
RF-9505: Peel cold, cover with Teflon and repress for 10-15 seconds, let cool then remove Teflon.

Care – Wash inside out. Warm water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat. Dry cleaning OK.
